The fastest path for feedback and bug reports is the Puggers Discord — drop product feedback in #feedback and bugs in #bug-reports. The email addresses below all forward to the operator's inbox and are the right path for anything that needs a written record or attachments. We'll do our best to respond within a few days at beta-stage volumes.
Abuse + reputation appeals
Report harassment, ask to be removed from a pickup record you didn't consent to, or dispute a blacklist entry you believe is unfair. We aim to read every message; we don't promise a SLA at beta.
Privacy + data requests
Account-deletion and data-export are self-service via /me/settings. Use this address for everything else — corrections, processing-basis questions, or third-party processor queries.

DMCA notices, trademark concerns, and other formal correspondence. Informal disputes — please try the general channel first.
