Abuse + reputation appeals
Report harassment, ask to be removed from a pickup record you didn't consent to, or dispute a blacklist entry you believe is unfair. We aim to read every message; we don't promise a SLA at alpha.
Privacy + data requests
Account-deletion and data-export are self-service via /me/settings. Use this address for everything else — corrections, processing-basis questions, or third-party processor queries.
