Terms of Service
By signing in to Puggers you agree to these terms. They cover acceptable use, the reputation system, liability, and the relationship between Puggers and Blizzard Entertainment.
Acceptable use
Puggers is a tool for organizing Mythic+ groups. Use it in good faith — no harassment, doxxing, hate speech, sharing of personal information, spam group postings, attempts to manipulate the reputation system via coordinated favoriting or blacklisting, or commercial use (including gold-selling and boost advertising). Violating these rules can result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.
Reputation system
Favorites and blacklists are individual user opinions about other players' in-game conduct during cooperative gameplay. Puggers does not endorse or verify any individual favorite or blacklist. The reputation tier badge is an aggregate display of how many leaders have endorsed an account from a completed run — it is not a Puggers-issued judgment. If you believe an entry is unfair you may contact us via the channels on /contact.
Service availability
Puggers is provided as-is during alpha. Groups can disband, players can no-show, and the service can be unavailable. Puggers is not responsible for the outcome of any particular run.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from /me/settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Puggers. By signing in you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 13 will be terminated.
Limitation of liability
Puggers is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puggers and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost keys, missed timings, gold, gear, account suspensions imposed by Blizzard, or harm to your in-game reputation. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and delete your account.
Disputes
We try to resolve any concern directly first — please contact us via the channels on /contact before pursuing formal action. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved on an individual (non-class) basis under the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in our Discord server and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
